• Whether the Metabolic Restoration Program is the appropriate next step

This consultation is best suited for women who:

• Are between 35–50 years old
• Feel persistently tired despite “doing everything right”
• Experience stubborn weight changes or increased anxiety
• Have been told their labs are normal — yet still feel off
• Are open to advanced testing and a deeper investigative approach

If you are seeking diagnosis, medical treatment, or a rapid fix, this will not be the right fit.

After The Consultation

If we determine alignment, I will clearly outline:

• The structure of the 3-month Health Restoration Program
• What testing and support would involve
• Investment details and next steps
