The Mucosal Barrier & Inflammation Test a checks for intestinal permeability, often referred to as “Leaky Gut,". It also measures inflammation in the gut, analyzing levels of Histamine, Diamine Oxidase as well as providing the ratio between the two.

This test analyzes levels of: Zonulin and its related family of peptides (Zonulin FP), Histamine, Diamine Oxidase (DAO), The Histamine:DAO Ratio
